Heroes of the Fatherland Day at Borodino Field

On December 9, at the Borodino Field Museum-Reserve, as across the country, Heroes of the Fatherland Day is observed.

⭐️ This holiday is a tribute of the highest state and public respect to those who have been awarded the most honorable state decorations — the titles of Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation, and the Orders of Glory and of St. George.
As is well known, heroes are among us, and they may not wear distinguishing insignia, but are heroes by the magnitude of their deeds.

⭐️ On December 9 we invite everyone to take part in the solemn ceremony at the "T-34 Tank" monument — to lay flowers and pay tribute to the defenders of Borodino Field.

⭐️ After the official events, a military band concert will take place in the Visitor Center. You will hear the best military pieces and marches performed authentically by servicemen.
