On the third floor of the Valery Pavlovich Chkalov House of Culture is the Exhibition Hall named after Alexander Mikhailovich Kamanin, People's Artist of the RSFSR. It frequently hosts guests for various events. Alexander Kamanin contributed to Russian art of the second half of the 20th century; the main theme of his work is the lyrical landscape. In this hall you can learn about the works of famous artists from the Chkalov region: Alexander Kamanin, Sergey Kamanin, Nikolai Markin, Mikhail Kamanin, Nikolai Mochalin and others. The hall features permanent and travelling exhibitions; the general collection holds over 6,000 works, mostly from the Soviet period.
