About museum
In 2010 an exhibition hall of the Gorokhovets Historical and Architectural Museum was opened in the house of S. I. Semenychev. The hall was outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere was created, which attracted many residents of Gorokhovets and visitors to the city. The exhibitions on display feature works by artists, craftsmen, and photographers, as well as authentic antiques from the museum's collections. Children's workshops, lectures, and discussions are held here. The Gorokhovets museum's exhibition hall has become one of the favorite spots for cultural leisure. The hall hosts and organizes children's workshops, lectures, and discussions.
