The Usolsky Historical and Architectural Museum "Stroganov Chambers" has become a recognized center of cultural life in the Usolsky District. In 2002 the administration of the Usolsky municipal district founded the Usolsky Historical and Architectural Museum "Stroganov Chambers", locating it in a building that is an architectural monument dating from the first third of the 18th century. Archival materials and preserved original fittings were used in its restoration. The floors had to be relaid and the roof was completely replaced. Special attention was paid to the reconstruction of four tiled stoves. The museum forms its permanent collections, including works by K. V. Khudyakov, A. N. Stasyuk, and W. C. Brumfield. International, all-Russian and regional exhibitions are held here, as well as inter-museum exchange exhibitions with institutions of Perm Krai. The museum organizes scientific-practical conferences and seminars and is a participant and winner of competitions for social and cultural projects. Today the Usolsky Historical and Architectural Museum is a recognized center of cultural life in the Usolsky District.
