The Tatishchev Museum was established in 2002 and is intended for visitors of all ages. Particular attention is paid to finding new methods and approaches for the personal development of the younger generation. Various events are also held aimed at introducing children and adults to the roots of folk culture and fostering a respectful attitude toward the past and present of their region. Tours, lecture series, video presentations, meetings, interactive programs, folk festivals, information stands — all of this helps people better understand the life and achievements of their region.
