Yuri Luzhkov Park is one of the most visited places in Moscow. It is located in the Southern Administrative Okrug of the city at the intersection of Andropov Avenue and Kashirskoye Highway. The park covers an area of 33.5 hectares. New flowerbeds were created here, pavilions for cafes and sports equipment rental were built, paths were laid and lawns were sown. There is also a tennis court, a multi-purpose court for basketball and football, two volleyball courts, a table tennis area, an outdoor workout area, three children's playgrounds, a dog-walking area and a large concrete skatepark with an area of 2,750 square meters. In the center of the park the fountain square with garden terraces, a dry fountain and the main pavilion was restored, as well as the renovated Riga Garden with carved panels, arches, a path with the names of Riga streets, benches and other design elements. Yuri Luzhkov Park has become an ideal place for relaxation for Muscovites and visitors to the capital.
