About museum

On October 2, 1995, the Committee for Culture and Arts of the Administration of the Oryol Region and the Committee for Property Management of the Oryol Region jointly established the Regional Exhibition Center. It organizes events such as exhibitions, traveling exhibitions, international exhibitions, conferences of creative unions of artists, photographers, designers, and architects, exhibitions of folk and children's art, and others. The center also holds creative meetings for children with outstanding contemporary artists, including People's Artist of the USSR A. I. Kurnakov, Honored Artist of Russia N. Ya. Silaev, and illustrator and member of the Union of Artists of Russia Aleksey Shevchenko.
