In 1992 the exhibition hall "Narodnaya Gallery" was opened; it belongs to the Department of Fine Arts and Decorative and Applied Arts of the Federal State Budgetary Cultural Institution "State Russian House of Folk Art named after V. D. Polenov." Its purpose is to acquaint the public with the work of the best Russian masters of decorative and applied arts and amateur artists. The venue hosts exhibition-presentations, master classes, author evenings and creative meetings. Entry to the gallery-club is by prior arrangement (inquiries by the phone numbers provided). The hall is not equipped for people with disabilities and persons with limited health capabilities, except for those with hearing impairments.
