About museum
In the museum and patriotic center an exhibition is presented that is based on the comparison and analysis of the First World War (1914–1918), the Great Patriotic War (1941–1945) and the Special Military Operation in Ukraine.
The museum tells visitors about tragic and difficult periods in our country's history, showing how these wars affected the country's political, economic, social and cultural spheres. The center's exhibition uses various historical sources (artifacts, written documents, correspondence), audio and visual materials (newsreels, music, etc.), a combination of museum exhibits and replicas/copies, and multimedia and interactive elements.
The center is a space dedicated to preserving, displaying and studying events that were momentous for the republic and the country, and it is also aimed at fostering and instilling a sense of respect for the historical heritage and the heroic deeds of our compatriots and fellow citizens.
The created space allows visitors to immerse themselves in the events of the past and present, to understand and appreciate the significance of these events for the country and the world, and to be inspired by the courage and self-sacrifice of those who took part in military actions.
