The first floor features a model of the ancient town of Serensk and a variety of exhibits that allow visitors to get a sense of the everyday life, crafts, spirituality and other aspects of their ancestors' lives. Wax figures of the first and the last originally Russian tsarinas, natives of the Meshchovsk land, are the museum's main attraction. The third floor houses a conference hall with a stunning view of Meshchovsk. The museum offers tours of its exhibitions and walking tours of the town to see its most interesting sites.
