The main building of the Dmitrovsky Kremlin Museum-Reserve is located in the central part of Dmitrov at the intersection of Zagorskaya and Pushkinskaya streets. It is situated in a protected zone two hundred meters from a historical and cultural monument and close to low-rise residential development dating from the early 20th century. There are pedestrian paths, fountains and greenery, making the site attractive for walks and relaxation. The building, constructed in 2004, houses exhibition halls with an area of more than 1,500 sq. m., administrative offices and collections storage. The exhibitions reflect the history of everyday life and the artistic life of the region from the second half of the 18th century to the beginning of the 21st century. The museum is open to visitors according to its regular opening hours. Locals and visitors can enjoy pleasant walks and leisure in this place.
