Rooster Museum
About museum
Rooster Museum is a unique place, founded on April 29, 1997 at the initiative of Moscow artist and philanthropist Nikolay Izosimovich Kornilov. The museum presents collections of paintings, graphic art, folk craft items and small-series mass-produced objects on the rooster theme. The museum's halls host both traditional and interactive guided tours with game elements. For schoolchildren, educational presentations are provided according to the school calendar for the entire academic year. There are puppet performances, engaging quests and quizzes with screenings on a large screen. In the museum workshop you can take part in a master class painting a water whistle, a Christmas tree ornament 'Petushok', a sugar lollipop coated with chocolate glaze, a magnet or a postcard as a museum souvenir.
