The Museum of Defense and the Home Front, located in the village of Bagramovo in Rybnovsky District of Ryazan Oblast, was opened in 2010. The complex includes the memorial military-historical complex 'Rubezh', the museum building (the former office of 'Selkhoztekhnika'), the exhibition area 'Pokrytye zaslonami' ('Covered by Shelters'), the open-air exhibition 'Museum of Agricultural and Military Equipment', and an agricultural land plot 'Field of Labor Glory' for holding museum programs. The museum contains more than 3,000 items reflecting the Great Patriotic War, combat operations and the home front, and socialist construction. In addition, it features photographs, documents, personal belongings of participants, works of fine art, scale models and examples of Soviet-era agricultural machinery. Particular attention is paid to the documentary and photo archives, the personal belongings of D. M. Garmash, members of the women's tractor brigade of the Rybnovskaya Machine and Tractor Station (MTS), and G. I. Rodzevich and his family.
