Petrovskaya Aquatoria Model Museum

About museum

The "Petrovskaya Aquatoria" Museum is a historical scale model of 18th-century Petersburg and its surroundings, whose distinctive feature is a real water area representing the waters of the Neva and the Gulf of Finland, around which Petersburg and its suburbs are located. Here you can observe changes of seasons, day and night, hear sound effects, watch floating models of ships from Peter’s era, as well as floods and fires. In addition, you can control the movement of carriages, ships and characters using interactive buttons. Visiting the "Petrovskaya Aquatoria" Museum is a wonderful way to get acquainted with Petersburg.
