The exhibits introduce visitors to Khakimov's childhood, his education, and his revolutionary and diplomatic activities. The museum displays his personal belongings, including a briefcase given to him by friends in memory of the battles on the Aktobe Front during the Civil War. The museum's holdings total 1,386 items, and it receives more than 2,500 visitors annually.
