Museum of the History of the City of Ufa

The Museum of the History of the City of Ufa opened on September 13, 2019, and has become an attraction for residents and visitors of the capital of Bashkortostan. It is located in the historic center of the city. The building combines multimedia technologies and traditional museum exhibits. It comprises four exhibition halls presenting four historical sections. The first section is dedicated to the 16th–17th centuries, the second covers the city's development over several centuries, the third focuses on the events of the Civil War, the Great Patriotic War, and industries in modern Ufa, and the fourth presents the city's development plan through 2050. The museum houses exhibits produced by Ufa enterprises and also hosts tours, seminars, conferences, traveling exhibitions, and screenings of historical films.
