Museum of Ingenuity and Resourcefulness
About museum
The Museum of Ingenuity and Resourcefulness is located near Pereslavl's Red Square. In its small premises visitors take an engaging tour into past centuries, becoming acquainted with simple peasant utensils and household and everyday items, a significant part of which were tools of labor. The exhibition focuses on objects that entered our ancestors' daily lives thanks to folk invention and resourcefulness. These include prototypes of modern juicers, unusual nutcrackers, musical bottles, moustache cups, and many others. In this museum you can also learn about the crafts and trades for which the people of Pereslavl were famous, and see firsthand preserved examples of products made long ago by local hands.
