The Balalaika Museum is a unique place in Russia, established in 2013. Here you can find a collection of rare folk instruments, photographic materials from private archives, and rare musical instruments from the Russian North to the Middle Volga region. The museum features an ethnographic workshop where visitors can try playing the balalaika. You can also visit an interactive exhibition, a concert area, a tea room, and a gift shop. The museum hosts lectures, film screenings, and musical performances.
