Memorial House-Museum 'Underground Printing Press'
About museum
This unusual museum in Perm, located in a wooden house, was built more than 100 years ago and is the only museum in the city housed in a workers' homestead. The house has three small rooms as well as a kitchen-entrance hall. In one of the rooms the interior of the living room of the underground workers is recreated with the equipment of a clandestine printing press. Visitors can take a guided tour, learn the printing process and print a leaflet themselves. For children there are play sessions where they can learn about the city's history and traditional culture.
