\r\nThe building of the Klintsy Local History Museum is a 19th-century architectural monument known as the 'Notary Chikilevsky House'. Here visitors can hear stories about the town, the nature of the region, the flora and fauna of the Bryansk region, as well as the basics of weaving and the history of the development of the broadcloth (woollen cloth) industry in Russia. The museum's exhibition presents the history and development of the Klintsy broadcloth industry, antique looms, household items of Klintsy broadcloth manufacturers, Old Believer icons, books, small sculptures and other household objects. There is also a section of modern history with relics from the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War. The museum offers programs for children and adults, holiday events, exhibitions, and tours.
