The gallery invites everyone to become acquainted with the work of Afanasy Nikolaevich Osipov.

In 2011 an art gallery was opened dedicated to the works of Afanasy Nikolaevich Osipov — a full member of the Russian Academy of Arts, People's Artist of the USSR, Honored Art Worker of the Yakut ASSR, laureate of the RSFSR State Prize named after I. E. Repin, laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of Yakutia, member of the Union of Artists of Russia, and a painter. The gallery features narrative-thematic canvases, portraits and landscapes by the master. They show the diversity of Afanasy Osipov's world of painting: mountains, ancient Russian towns, the boundless Mongolian steppes, and the nature of Yakutia. Each portrait is a story about the person portrayed, and all of the artist's characters are created with special love and kindness.
