The only Historical and Memorial museum in the Tyumen Region with a Decembrist theme offers its visitors a chance to see the houses of the Decembrists M. I. Muravyov-Apostol and I. D. Yakushkin. Various tours and events are held here, including "Decembrists in Yalutorovsk", "Siberian Middle-class Interior of the 19th Century", "I.D. Yakushkin — scholar, educator, person", "For the Honor of the Fatherland", "Old and Modern Leisure", "Noble Etiquette", "Games of the 19th Century", "Visiting Grandma Fedosya", "The Rich World of the Book", "Secrets of the Fan" and "At the L'Hombre Table".
