The Galskikh Estate is a true treasure of history and culture. Here you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of patriarchal life and admire the beauty of the house, the stable, traditional peasant huts, barns, butter-making workshops, the circular garden and the saddlery workshop. Here you will learn about the Rezanov, Kudryavykh, Galskikh and Shitov families and see authentic items from the Gorka and Kurkino estates. The museum offers interactive tours and workshops in painting, clay modelling and making traditional dolls. There is an equestrian sports section for children and adults and riding memberships. At the estate you can feel the spirit of antiquity and understand how skillfully and durably even ordinary household objects are made — boxes, wooden containers, chests, spinning wheels and yokes. They are distinguished by virtuosity of execution and an impeccable sense of scale, rhythm and color.
