At the center of the Kizhi Pogost stands the 22-domed Transfiguration Church, one of the largest and most complex wooden structures in the world. Various guided tours and event programs are offered to visitors. The most popular way to get acquainted with the museum is a guided walking tour, where you can learn the history of the monuments, view works of art and enjoy the beautiful landscapes.
