Art-Boulevard Gallery, Sevastopol
About museum
The Art-Boulevard Gallery, founded in 2009, presents visitors with a unique world of art created by professional artists of the 19th–21st centuries. The gallery features works by Honored Art Workers, Honored Artists, and recipients of various awards, whose works have been shown at numerous exhibitions and are held in the leading museums of Russia and abroad. Art-Boulevard has held ten auctions titled 'Painting and Graphics. Crimean Artistic Tradition of the 20th–21st Centuries'. The gallery also houses a collection of antique items related to Modernism, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco. The aim of Art-Boulevard is to develop Crimea's cultural environment: to acquaint audiences with the peninsula's artistic heritage, to preserve the Crimean artistic tradition, and to present contemporary art movements in the context of modern culture, allowing visitors to appreciate the diversity, multifaceted nature, and contrasts of creative directions.
\r\nThe gallery operates a framing workshop offering a wide range of frames and mats produced in Russia, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, England, Poland, and China—classical or contemporary, richly ornamented or elegantly minimalist.
