Fershampenuaz Art Gallery

About museum

Fershampenuaz Art Gallery has been operating since 1991 as a branch of the Magnitogorsk Art Gallery. The building housing the gallery was built in 1913 by the Cossack N. Mametyev and is an architectural monument. The gallery's collection includes works by N. P. Ryabov, A. N. Ladnov, F. G. Razin, as well as a print from the portrait of A. S. Pushkin (V. V. Maté). Particularly important is the unique collection of Gzhel porcelain. Since 2000 the gallery has operated a department of folk crafts and trades. Here you can find household items, objects made of wood, leather, metal, and other items related to folk traditions.
