About museum
Balakovo Art School named after Valentin Ivanovich Zadorozhny is an institution of supplementary education with an artistic focus. Since 2017, one of the main directions of its work has been exhibition activities, which take place in the premises of the former city exhibition hall. The aim of this activity is to promote the work of Balakovo artists and to teach young townspeople about art. The department hosts group and solo exhibitions of works by visual artists, as well as photography exhibitions. Guided tours are also organized for schoolchildren and students.
