House-Museum of Sculptor R. I. Mamilov
About museum
The house-museum of the well-known Ingush monumental sculptor Ruslan Izrailovich Mamilov is located in the village of Dzheyrakh, in one of the most picturesque corners of Ingushetia.
It was opened in September 2011. The museum collects, preserves and exhibits memorial and other museum items to perpetuate the memory of the sculptor. Its collections include 554 exhibits — the artist's personal belongings, sculptures, paintings, documents and household items.
In 2022, after a major renovation, a new hall was opened in the museum showcasing paintings by Ingush artists, traditional Ingush costumes, ethnographic items, as well as the sculptor's memorial art pieces.
