In 1989 the A. P. Gaidar House-Museum was opened in Klin, presenting the history of his life and work. It houses documents, photographs, books, personal belongings and household items of the writer. The exhibition will introduce you to the main stages of A. P. Gaidar's biography during the Civil War, photographs of his relatives and friends, as well as the setting of his workplace and living room in Klin from 1938 to 1941. The literary section of the exhibition showcases editions of A. P. Gaidar's works published during his lifetime that were written in Klin.
