About museum

On May 9, 1985 the Cherlak Historical and Regional Museum was opened, established on the initiative of the public. In 1987 it was renamed the 'People's Museum'. Exhibition activities provide not only knowledge and moral values but also mass educational outreach. Exhibitions help to more fully augment the museum's collections with rare items.
