Maxim Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure
About museum
In the park, special attention is paid to the restoration of historical heritage. Buildings such as the pavilion of the chess club 'White Rook' and the public observatory have been reconstructed and restored. In addition, lost sculptures, planters and the park's famous landscape compositions are being returned to their original places. Particular attention is paid to infrastructure: garden furniture, lighting, security systems, restrooms and mother-and-child rooms. The park is also being adapted for disabled access. New projects for Moscow — an ecological club for children 'Green School', a coworking space 'Workstation', and a beach sports center — are also attracting attention. The park is once again hosting events and organizing fairs, festivals and leisure clubs free of charge. Famous sports grounds are being restored, and new areas such as bike paths, rental services and extreme sports facilities are receiving support.
