Over the course of its activities, the Center for Applied Arts and Crafts has received numerous awards and honors.
The Center for Applied Arts and Crafts of the Tyumen Oblast implements state policy in the field of support for traditional crafts and trades. The main goal of the Center's activities is the preservation and development of folk arts and crafts, as well as the promotion of decorative and applied arts. Over many years the institution has become a hub for folk talent: more than a thousand exhibitions and fairs, creative laboratories and master classes have been held. To support masters and artisans, programs, educational and methodological materials were developed, and many projects were implemented, including the Creative Laboratory "Bone Carvers of Russia", the masters' competition "Golden Hands", the children's exhibition "My Favorite Carpet. Floral Mosaic", films and electronic catalogs. For its achievements the Center for Applied Arts and Crafts has received many awards and prizes.
