Arsk Museum of Literature and Art is one of the most visited historical sites in Arsk. It was opened on April 26, 1995, and since then has been run by three staff members. The museum's collection includes more than 1,800 items, of which 1,400 are on display. It features materials related to 40 writers and 20 figures of art and science whose lives are connected with the Arsk district. In the museum you can see Sh. Kultesi's cane, the writing implements and Qur'ans of Sh. Marjani, and other documents and personal belongings of educators and artists. The history of the Arsk district from the 15th century is also presented. Here you can see examples of applied and fine arts, portraits and personal belongings of actors. Thus, the Arsk Museum of Literature and Art offers visitors a unique opportunity to learn about the history and culture of Arsk.
