Arsk Museum of Literature and Art is one of the most visited historical sites in Arsk. It was opened on April 26, 1995, and since then has been run by three staff members. The museum's collection includes more than 1,800 items, of which 1,400 are on display. The exhibition presents materials on 40 writers and 20 figures of art and science whose lives are connected to the Arsk district. Visitors can see Sh. Kultesi's cane, the writing implements and the Qur'ans of Sh. Marjani, as well as other documents and personal belongings of educators and artists. The museum also features the history of the Arsk district from the 15th century. Here you can see examples of applied and fine arts, portraits and personal items of actors. Thus, the Arsk Museum of Literature and Art offers visitors a unique opportunity to learn about Arsk's history and culture.
