During the school holidays, students from the village of Evlashevo in the Kuznetsky District visited the A.N. Radishchev Museum, taking part in the quest-tour “In Search of Radishchev’s Will.” The children attended the event using the Pushkin Card.
The pupils set off on an exciting journey together with Faina and Maria — sisters of Alexander Nikolaevich Radishchev. The smartly dressed ladies told their guests about the traditions of the noble family and local customs, while the housekeeper Akulina spoke about the everyday life and living conditions of the peasants. During the quest, visitors learned important facts about the Radishchev family and identified places associated with the writer’s life by solving logical puzzles encountered along the way. After completing a series of tasks in three exhibition buildings on the museum grounds, the children received a piece of a scroll containing a fragment of the writer’s will. At the conclusion of the event, the quest-tour participants assembled the full text of the message.
We invite everyone to visit the quest-tour “In Search of Radishchev’s Will.” The event is available both via the Pushkin Card and with a regular admission ticket.
Reservations are by appointment.
