The A.N. Radishchev Museum invites you to glimpse the estate's past

For visitors to the A.N. Radishchev Museum a walking tour "Studies of the Old Park" was held. Guests from Tambov, during a stroll through the historic park, learned about the history of the Radishchev estate, founded by the grandfather of the writer Alexander Nikolaevich Radishchev, Grigory Oblyazov.

Tourists were able to look into the estate's past and learn about the lives of nobles and peasants. Museum guests showed their wit by solving antique riddles and took part in 18th-century games.

There was a large garden by the house, the fruits and berries of which were used "for the master's household use." Nearby was a park with avenues of linden trees. The old park keeps its secrets, which the museum staff are ready to reveal to visitors.

You can visit the A.N. Radishchev Museum as part of a guided tour group or independently. The walking tour "Studies of the Old Park" can be attended with an admission ticket or via the Pushkin Card.
