How to bring history to life? How to make time stop at the most intense moment of a feat? The art of the diorama provides the answer, immersing us in the heroic and tragic past of our country.

On January 21, 2026, we invite you to the opening of the new exhibition "Versts of Victory" at our city branch. Museum visitors will be able not to "just look at the exhibition", but to stand on that very bridgehead, hear in their imagination the hum of engines, and also feel that the memory of the great and the tragic is not something distant but part of our shared "self".

The exhibition features experienced diorama artists Vladimir Kozusev and Sergey Sergeev, as well as members of the Ostashevo House of Culture studio: N. Lakhtikov, S. Kirpichenkov, F. Arkadov, A. Chekmarev, S. Krylov, D. Yeshchik, K. Goryachev. Their works are complemented by original wartime posters and autolithographs by military artists from the Grekov Studio from the collections of the Borodino Museum-Reserve.

The "Versts of Victory" exhibition is not just an exposition; it is an opportunity to touch history, honor the memory of the fallen, and pass on to future generations a respect for the heroism of our people.
