Liskinsky Historical and Local History Museum
关于博物馆
On September 9, 2001, the ceremonial opening of the Liskinsky Historical and Local History Museum took place. Ten years earlier, a relocation and reconstruction of a 19th-century station-school had been carried out. The museum has seven exhibition halls, an art salon, an exhibition hall, and the Vasily Pavlovich Krivoruchko picture gallery. It permanently exhibits nearly 300 works and is the only museum in the region where one can see Voronezh fine art of the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries. The museum also has more than 20,000 items in storage, including over 1,000 art items, mostly works by Voronezh and Liskinsky artists. In addition, the museum hosts 10–15 art and photography exhibitions annually. On the museum grounds there is also a monument to the poet and local native A. B. Romakhov, erected in 2011 with public funds with the participation of the museum staff and created by sculptor A. Lukyanov.
