About museum

In July 2018 a permanent interactive venue was opened, which includes themed craft hamlets for blacksmithing, carpentry, pottery and textiles, as well as the residences of Levsha and the yard's mascot — the blogger goose Dobrynya. This innovative project is constantly evolving and is actively involved in preserving and promoting the intangible cultural heritage of the Tula region, traditional crafts and folk customs. The site hosts nationwide campaigns and interregional forums, methodological seminars, cultural and educational programs, festivals, quests and master classes, and in summer domestic films and cartoons are screened outdoors.
