The Lace-Making Museum in Vologda offers visitors an incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of lace art. The main exhibition occupies 1,500 sq. m and presents the development of lace-making from the late 19th to the early 21st century. The museum features exhibits from European lace centers as well as pieces from the early period of lace-making. Also on display are exhibits dedicated to the themes 'Lace in peasant costume and ethnographic textiles', 'Lace items of the 1920–1940s', and original works by artists of the Snezhninka association. The museum includes exhibition halls, a boutique, a classroom, as well as display rooms and the main gallery. Here visitors can learn about the history of lace art and enjoy an unforgettable experience.
