Stepanov Park
About museum
Stepanov Park is one of the city's most popular recreational spots. It was opened in 1936 by former factory owner and philanthropist Garelin. Today the park features two attractions — a Children's Town and a Family Town. Entertainment for children aged 3 to 11 is offered in the Children's Town, while the Family Town is intended for teenagers and families with older children. In summer visitors can use the boat station, the extreme sports area, the roller rink, bicycle rentals, and outdoor fitness equipment. In winter an ice rink opens, along with a sports equipment rental, two ski trails for professionals and amateurs, and a snow-tubing hill. The park also always offers a free children's playground, an open-air museum, and much more.
