Pegas Culture and Recreation Park

The distance to the city center is approximately one kilometer. The park is fairly accessible by transport from any part of the city. The main entrance is located on Sovetskaya Street, and the parking lot is on Melanzhistov Street. The total area of the park is 2.04 hectares. Over the years the grounds have been landscaped, paths, rest areas and playgrounds have been arranged, and internet access has been installed. In 2015–2016 new rides, trampolines and areas for basketball and fitness training were purchased and installed. You can also find a newlyweds' area with a banner bearing wedding symbols and wooden benches with headrests, as well as the symbol of family, love and fidelity — the daisy. Numerous events are held in this park for children and adults, as well as daytime health camps for children during the summer. The park also hosts holidays, festivals, and winter contests and activities. To get to the park from Moscow you can take a bus or a commuter train.
