The founder Vladimir Ovcharenko — a popularizer of post-Perestroika Russian art — opened a private gallery in 1990.
\r\n
\r\nThe gallery at "Vinzavod" collaborates with artists whose works are already in demand in Russia and abroad: Oleg Kulik, Pavel Pepperstein, Ivan Chuykov. Many artists began their careers here: in the early 2000s Ovcharenko introduced the photographer and artist Sergei Bratkov to a wide audience.
