The N. E. Zhukovsky Museum is a unique place that preserves the scientific legacy of the great scientist. It houses materials reflecting the activities of N. E. Zhukovsky, his students and associates, as well as the founding and development of TsAGI (Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute) and the history of Russian aviation. In six exhibition halls the displays present information about Professor N. E. Zhukovsky's scientific biography; the establishment by N. E. Zhukovsky of a scientific and experimental aerodynamics base in Russia; the early years of TsAGI's operation; record-breaking flights; and the development of domestic aviation science and technology.
