Educational activities for children and adults are held at the museum. The museum displays historical and cultural monuments dedicated to the warriors of Russia.
On July 10, 2000, the Military Costume Museum was opened in St. Petersburg. It is dedicated to the memory of the immortal heroes who died for the Motherland. Its collections include more than 25,000 exhibits from different eras: from the 16th to the 20th century. Here you can see uniforms, greatcoats, headgear, footwear, accoutrements, weapons and much more. The museum takes part in reenactments and in the filming of films and TV programs on military themes. Educational activities are held here for people of all ages. The museum houses historical and cultural monuments erected in honor of Russia's warriors.
