In 2013 the Akan Museum of Folk Rag Dolls was opened in the Novikbozhsky House of Culture. This place offers a unique opportunity to learn all the secrets of folk customs. The rag doll still attracts the attention of children and adults. It has not lost its relevance since earlier times. The doll is the first toy a person creates, putting their soul and love into it. The museum runs master classes on making folk dolls, where people can experience an authentic, time-honored folk craft. The museum also hosts the theatre club 'Lyalky', where children gladly portray the life of the doll, its history and significance.
