Museum of Fishing History of the Tetyushi Region is a place where you can feel the spirit of antiquity, step through a time portal and be among the Tetyushi burlaks. Here you can get acquainted with incredible exhibits, historical artifacts and the adventures of the Tetyushi burlaks.
\r\n\r\nThe Museum of Fishing History of the Tetyushi Region is a unique institution in Tatarstan with no counterparts in Russia. It is housed in the historic merchant Serebryakov's house and was opened in September 2018. Guests are welcomed by the inscription: "He who has not been to Tetyushi has not seen fish!" Here you can see a life-size beluga, as well as explore exhibits and read stories about the development of fauna and fishing dynasties. The museum displays remains of prehistoric creatures, model compositions, neon lighting and other elements that make a visit unforgettable. In the courtyard you can see a fisherman's house, a mermaid's workshop and a museum tavern. Here you can feel the spirit of antiquity and step through a time portal to the burlaks of Tetyushi.
