About museum

The founding of the state museum was initiated by local history enthusiasts, and the name of Nikolai Nikolaevich Benardos is associated with its establishment. Since 1981 the museum has presented an exhibition dedicated to the life and work of N. N. Benardos, and in 1998 a local-history exhibition "Lukh: Pages of History" was opened.
