Cultural and Educational Center named after Saint Innocent (Veniaminov)

On September 8, 2017, in the village of Anga in the Kachugsky District of Irkutsk Oblast, the Spiritual and Educational Center named after Saint Innocent (Veniaminov) was opened. It includes both secular and ecclesiastical sites: the house where Saint Innocent spent his early years, the Saint Innocent Church with a library and a Sunday school, the territory of the former Ilyinskaya Church and the cemetery at the church, the Saint Innocent (Veniaminov) Cultural and Educational Center, five exhibition pavilions, and guest reception infrastructure. The Cultural and Educational Center houses a permanent exhibition titled "Missionary Activity of St. Innocent (Veniaminov)". For visitors (pilgrims), comfortable double rooms for 53 people are provided on two floors of the center. Here they can feel the spiritual atmosphere and immerse themselves in the world of grace and holiness of Saint Innocent.
