Krasnolipyevsky Village House of Culture
About museum
On October 14, 1979, the 50th anniversary of the kolkhoz's founding was marked by the opening of a museum. In 2014 the museum celebrated its 35th anniversary, and on July 13, 1994 it was awarded the honorary title "People's". The initiator of the museum's creation was the former chairman of the kolkhoz and deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Vasily Yakovlevich Kryukov. He conceived the museum as a place to collect and preserve information and materials about the village's notable people, memorable events and the history of the kolkhoz. The museum's exhibition is presented across six halls: "School", "Soviet Period", "Glory", "Traditional Clothing", "Antique Items" and "Milestones of History". In addition, a picture gallery of local artists and works from the RSFSR period is displayed in all halls.
