Kireyevsky District Local History Museum named after A.N. Kuprin is actively engaged in patriotic education and in fostering interest in the local region. It was opened in November 1987 and has borne the name of A.N. Kuprin since 2012. The museum has a permanent exhibition and offers up to 40 exhibitions annually. The museum's collections comprise 5,914 unique items that tell the history of the area from ancient times to the present day. The museum is involved in preserving and transmitting social memory, organizing leisure activities for veterans, promoting local folk crafts, etc.
